The Dragon Money welcome package

Common questions about our offers
Can I cancel a bonus once the wagering has started?
Yes. The Dragon Money promotions section has a cancel button beside every active offer, and it works at any point before the deadline. Cancelling removes the bonus money along with anything won from it, while your own funds stay untouched.
I deposited again while a bonus was running. Where did that money go?
A new deposit lands on the real balance and is spent first, before bonus funds are touched. It neither shortens the wagering in progress nor joins it. If that payment was meant to trigger the next step of the package, the step has to be activated in the cashier as you pay.
The code was accepted but the deposit arrived without a bonus. What happened?
